7 TRICKS TO AVOID GAINING WEIGHT DURING END OF YEAR FESTIVITIES
With so many end-of-year festivities, it's common to go overboard with the delicacies served at this time of year. Here are some tricks to avoid overeating and gaining weight on these occasions:
1. Try everything, but little. Eat slowly and use your willpower to cross the cutlery before eating too much.
2. Avoid alcohol, drink lots of water and eat lots of salad. Having a salad and a light breakfast are also a good option before a special dinner.
3. Plan your dish; If you want to eat sweets, cut back on savory foods.
4. Instead of farofa, side the chester or turkey with fruit, such as pineapple, which is digestive.
